DALY CITY, Calif. — Ca. has expanded its Brace and Bolt program to help retrofit properties in zip codes which face the highest risk of earthquake damage.

Homeowners in Daly City, Colma, San Bruno, San Mateo, Redwood City, El Cerrito and Hayward may be eligible for a chance at up to $3,000 in seismic upgrades. Eligibility depends on local geological hazards combined with your home construction type’s vulnerability. Homeowners in San Francisco, Oakland and San Leandro have benefited from the program since its inception in 2015.
